EAGLE INFO
On May 10, 1994, Tim Arnold and Dennis Kukuljan founded Eagle Plumbing. Tim has over
20 years experience in plumbing project management, design, and estimating. Dennis was
a plumber in the field for more than 35 years. Both have worked mostly in commercial and
multi-family residential construction. Tim's responsibilities include estimating and project
design. Dennis oversees the company's operations and personnel in the field.
Capabilities
Eagle has successfully completed hundreds of varied projects. These have ranged from
large-scale commercial to apartment and hotel construction to remodeling (see below).
Eagle is bondable to $5 million.
Eagle has design-build capability. We carry a $2 Million Errors and Omissions insurance policy
for design.
Field Staff
The Eagle team has grown to include more than 40 tradesmen. Because of Eagle's reputation
and excellent work, Plumber and Pipefitter Local 562 has requested that the company initiate
and complete the training of over 28 apprentice plumbers. Most of Eagle's foremen have
been with the company for seven years or longer and are given appropriate decision-making
autonomy.
